While traditional IQ measures your cognitive abilities, research by Daniel Goleman suggests that your "Emotional Quotient" (EQ) is often the truest predictor of personal and professional success. This 50-question assessment is designed to help you look "under the hood" of your own behaviour by evaluating your competence in five key areas: Self-Awareness, Managing Emotions, Managing Oneself, Empathy, and Social Skills.

At the end of the questionnaire, you will receive an immediate score for each of the five pillars. For your reference, your scores will fall into the following categories:

  • 35–50: A significant Strength.

  • 18–34: An area that Requires Development.

  • 10–17: A Development Priority for your growth.
